Tamika Jean-Baptiste has been working with Amgen for over 20 years. Throughout her professional life, she has devoted herself to promoting diversity and belonging in the workplace. This commitment is evident through her involvement with Amgen’s workforce initiatives, but also in her support of the HBA Gender Parity Collaborative, which is a collective of healthcare and life sciences companies working to accelerate gender parity and diversity.
